Yes — a genuine licensed Windows Server (2025/2022/2019/2016) is included in the plan price. Nothing separate to procure or manage.
Can I run Plesk?+
Yes. Choose our Managed Plesk Windows Cloud Server, from ₹3,499 per month + 18% GST, with the Plesk licence included and the server set up and managed by our team. These Remote Desktop plans come without a control panel, and cPanel does not support Windows.
Is SQL Server free?+
SQL Server Express is free (10 GB per database on 2017–2022; 50 GB on 2025). For larger databases, a licensed SQL Server (2022 Web or Standard edition) is available on quote.
What storage do I get?+
Every Windows Cloud Server plan starts on high-speed SSD storage with data-center RAID protection. Need more space or NVMe speed? Upgrade options are available at checkout.
Can I run MetaTrader / forex bots?+
Yes — a Windows VPS with full RDP runs MT4/MT5 and Expert Advisors 24x7, with guaranteed RAM so your bots never starve.
Do I get full control?+
Yes — full Administrator access via Remote Desktop, plus start/reboot from the client area. Additional RDS user licenses are available on request.
Can I run Tally Prime, Busy or Marg multi-user on this server?+
Yes. We install Tally Prime, Busy or Marg on your server free of charge — you use your own software licence (a multi-user licence such as Tally Gold if several people work at once). Each user logs in over Remote Desktop from office, home or a branch, and your data stays on one central server.
How many Remote Desktop (RDP) users are included?+
2 Remote Desktop users can work at the same time, included in every plan. Need more people logged in together? Additional RDS user licences are available — ask us for a quote.
How fast is the server set up?+
Your Windows server is set up and handed over within 24 hours of payment, with your login details sent by email.
How do backups and restores work?+
Every plan includes daily full-server backups kept for 10 days, plus free weekly snapshots. These are copies of the whole server, not of single files. A restore brings the entire server back to the day you choose, and our team does it free on request. Need separate backups of a database or specific files? We can set up database or file-level backups on quote.
Is email included?+
Yes — free MailEnable with unlimited mailboxes (SMTP, POP3, IMAP, webmail). For heavier business email needs, see our Business Email Hosting.
Is there a refund?+
Cloud VPS plans are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee — server resources are provisioned to you from day one. We do include free migration assistance, and you can start on a smaller tier and scale up as you grow.
